小さい頃、水中を泳ぐ魚に憧れた。
水中という地上とは全く異なる世界で、キラキラと光を反射させながら、フリルのようなヒレで自由に漂う姿になりたいと思った。そんな憧れを作品に落とし込んで制作している。
鱗や渦、波といった水中のものと民族衣装のイメージを掛け合わせ、メイクや装飾に反映させて独自の衣装を構築する。私にとっての作品は魚であり、私の夢である。時代や国に縛られず、重力をほとんど感じない水中のように、自由で不思議な装飾をまとった夢を描く。
私の夢、私の作品は、魚が水中を泳ぐようにどこか不思議でいて楽しいものでありたい。
When I was a child, I longed to be a fish swimming underwater.
I wanted to drift freely with my frilly fins, sparklingly reflecting the light, in the underwater world which is completely different from the world I live in. I incorporate such longing into my work.
I combine underwater objects such as scales, whirlpools, and waves with images of folk costumes, and reflect them in the makeup and decorations, used in the construction of my own unique costumes.
My work is the fish, that is to say my dream.
I depict my dreams with free and mysterious decorations, like underwater unbounded by time or country and hardly having gravity.
I want my dream and my work to be somehow mysterious and joyful, like a fish swimming underwater.
1997年東京都生まれ。
2019年学習院女子大学卒業。
2019年「浮游する夢」（一兎庵 / 東京）など個展多数。
