私はジャズをはじめとしたさまざまな音楽からインスピレーションを受けており、「音楽にどれだけ近づけられるのか」をテーマにコラージュ作品を制作しています。 ジャムセッションの感覚で制作した作品《Jam》から派生し、他人の記憶が集積されたVHSにジャムを施すことで他人の記憶に自分の記憶を上書きした作品《Dubbing》や 、スクラッチされ歪んだレコードをイメージして素材自体を歪ませ再構築した半立体作品の《Donuts》が生まれました。
Inspired by various music such as jazz, I examine how far I can bring artworks closer to music in my collages. Deriving from my own work Jam which I created with the feeling of jam session, I also produced Dubbing, in which I overwrote others’ memories by conducting “jam” on the other’s memories’ accumulation device VHS, or Donuts, in which I distorted materials and reconstructed them imaging scratched, distorted record.
1993年東京都生まれ。 2019年東京造形大学大学院デザイン研究領域修了。 2017年「Boom Boom」（TAMBOURIN GALLERY / 東京）、2019年「Over and over」（WISH LESS gallery / 東京）、2021年「Assemblage」（CLASS / 東京）、「1BEDROOM」（WISH LESS gallery / 東京）、「Distortion」（MDP gallery / 神奈川）、「Vol.05 Kei Nojima」（or / 東京）、2023年「BLIND KILL」（HYSTERIC GLAMOUR 渋谷店 / 東京）、「NU JAZZ Art Exhibition by Kei Nojima」（+81 Gallery / 京都）など個展多数。 2019年〜2021年「シブヤスタイル」に参加。 2016年 第15回グラフィック 1_WALL 審査員奨励賞受賞。
Born in 1993 in Tokyo. Received MFA in design from the graduate school of Tokyo Zokei University in 2019.
