1986年宮城県生まれ。
2009年東北芸術工科大学芸術学部美術科洋画コース卒業。
2023年「NEO POP PROJECT PART2」（神戸阪急 / 兵庫）など個展多数。
2014年「Onward – Navigating the Japanese Future」（The Hive Art Gallery and Studios / アメリカ）、2016年「ジ・アートフェア＋プリュスーウルトラ」（スパイラル / 東京）、2020年「The International Paper Triennial」（Musée de Charmey / スイス）などグループ展やアートフェアに多数参加。
2013年JCAA明日の巨匠 / ルーブル美術館展 特別賞、2023年第60回宮城県芸術祭絵画展（公募の部）宮城県芸術協会賞など受賞多数。
2014年美術新人賞デビューなど入選多数。

Statement
私の制作スタイルは切り絵です。紙を切るというシンプルな手法でどこまで細密な表現が出来るのか、曲線と直線でどんな表現が出来るのかという探究心で切り絵を続けてきました。
私は、切るという行為を私達人間を含めた全ての『生命』の誕生と考えています。DNAを元に細胞が分裂し形を形成していく。私の切り絵の線は、生命体の神経であり、血管であり細胞達なのです。母体の中で、ふたつのDNAから新しい生命の核ができ、そこから約10ヶ月間に手足や眼や口、心臓、脳、神経等を形成していきます。何億という年月を経ても、命の誕生は人為を超える奇跡があります。私は命の奇跡を切り絵という手法で表現していきたいのです。私も一児の母です。制作を通して息子に、世界中の全ての方に、「今」この瞬間を生きる時間を大切にし、愛する心を持ち続けてほしいと願っています。
Paper cutting art is what I create. I have continued this simple method, cutting paper, with my curiosity to find out how detailed expression can be achieved and what kind of expression can be made with curved lines and straight lines.
I consider the act of cutting as the birth of all “lives,” including us humans. Cells divide and form shapes based on DNA. The lines of my artwork are the nerves, blood vessels, and cells of a life form. In the mother’s body, a new nucleus of life is formed from 2 DNAs, and from there, in about 10 months, limbs, eyes, mouth, heart, brain, and nerves, etc. are formed. Even after millions of years, the birth of life is a miracle beyond human control. I want to express the miracle of life through the technique of paper cutting. I am also a mother of one child. Through my work, I hope that my son and everyone in the world will cherish “now,” this moment we live and continue to hold love in their hearts.
