Profile

1983年福島県生まれ。
筑波大学芸術専門学群建築デザイン卒業。
2022年「Fragments」（ロイドワークスギャラリー / 東京）、2024年 「Traces of shifting dust」 （SOM GALLERY / 東京）、「Blur」 （ロイドワークスギャラリー / 東京）など個展多数。2022年 「POSITIONS Berlin Art Fair」（ドイツ）、2024年「CONCERTO II」（LURF GALLERY / 東京）、2025年 「7 Sceneries」（大丸東京店 ART GALLERY）などグループ展やアートフェアに多数参加。

Statement

この世界は無限の選択肢をつなぎ合わせた偶然の上に成り立っている。その偶然性の密度を高めていくことが、私が作品を制作するときの基本的な姿勢です。
世界中の街角で撮影された無数のデジタル画像を、複数組み合わせてモチーフにします。記録された過去の街並み、影の表情、色彩の重なり、現代を生きる人々の姿、そしてプログラム自体に残された偶発的現象に美的価値や神秘性を見出します。そこに自分自身が起こしたエラーとして絵具を重ねていくことで、偶然性そのものを描くような新しい風景画に挑んでいきたいと考えています。

This world exists upon a chain of coincidences woven together from infinite possibilities. Increasing the density of those coincidences forms the foundation of my creative approach.
I use countless digital images taken from street corners around the world, combining several of them to create my motifs. Within these recorded fragments—the past cityscapes, the expressions of shadows, the layers of color, the figures of people living in the present, and even the accidental phenomena embedded in the digital programs themselves—I discover aesthetic value and a sense of mystery. By layering paint over them as intentional “errors” of my own making, I aim to create new landscapes that portray the very essence of chance itself.
