Profile

1991年新潟県生まれ。「SOYOGI　BONSAI_ART」デザイナー。
幼少期から植物が好きで植物デザインに魅了され海外へ赴き独学で植物デザインを学ぶ。その中でも盆栽を使った空間、アートを得意とし世界に発信している。またアートディレクターとして、MVなど、ファッションや芸能Youtubeと数々のムービーディレクションを経験。
2022年「生と死をデザインする個展」など個展多数。
2022年「Connect with Greenー緑と時間と。」（+ART GALLERY/東京）などグループ展に多数参加。2024年テレビ番組「ブレイク前夜」に出演。

Born in Niigata in 1991. Designer of “SOYOGI_BONSAI ART.”
With the love towards plants and being fascinated by them since childhood, went abroad to study botanical design. Specializes in spatial design and art using bonsai, and presenting it to the world. Also involved in making of several music videos, Youtube videos and videos about fashion and entertainment as an art director.
Solo exhibitions: 2022 “sei to shi wo dezain suru” and more.
Group exhibitions: 2022 “Connect with Green” + ART GALLERY (Tokyo) and more. 
Appeared on TV program “Breaker’s Show” in 2024.

Statement

BONSAI ARTとは、自然(植物)と芸術を融合させた新たなアート分野。植物本来の姿も美しいですがそこにアートを加え、より美しく植物とアートを楽しんでもらう新しいインテリアです。また「生」と「死」をデザインすることに着目し、生きている美しさや老いた後の美しさを表現していく。ー「SOYOGI　BONSAI_ART」公式ウェブサイトより

BONSAI ART is a new art field that combines nature (plants) and art. It is a new type of interior to enjoy plants and art in a more beautiful way by adding art to plants, which are already beautiful in their natural state.
