親しい身近な人物を対象に、その人がみせる「何気ない一瞬」を切り取ることで、 人物を取り巻く空気感を描こうと試みている。私の場合、何気ない日々の出来事は色で記憶されやすい。風の音や光、温度や季節感など、その時々に感じた印象を思い出しながら、ひとつずつグラデーションに置き換えて絵を描いている。疾走感や焦燥感といった情動と共に紡ぎ出されていく鮮烈な色の集積は、眩い光にさえ見えてくる。どこまでも個人的で輝くような透明な一瞬を絵の中に留めておきたい。
By capturing unintentional moments of daily life of the people close to me, I attempt to depict the atmosphere surrounding them. I usually remember everyday things with colors. I remember the impressions I felt moment to moment of the sound of the winds, light, temperature or seasons, and replace them into color gradients one by one. The accumulation of intense colors spun out along with the emotions as feeling delight of the speed or frustration could be seen even as a blinding light. I hope to keep the extremely personal and shining transparent moment in the canvas.
1994年大阪府生まれ。 2019年京都市立芸術大学大学院美術研究科修士課程修了。 2023年「城愛音展」（Oギャラリーeyes/大阪）、「透明な時間」（TAKU SOMETANI GALLERY/東京）、2024年「FLASH」（同時代ギャラリー/京都）など個展多数。 2024年「ピントの歩幅」（芝田町画廊/大阪）、「Movement-vol.2」（Artgloriuex Gallery of Tokyo）、「Art Fair Tokyo」（東京国際フォーラム）などグループ展やアートフェアに多数参加。 2016年京都市立芸術大学作品展 同窓会賞受賞。2017年第32回ホルベイン・スカラシップ奨学生、京都銀行美術支援制度奨学生。
Born in Osaka in 1994. Awarded MFA from the Graduate School of Kyoto City University of Arts in 2019. Awards: 2016 Kyoto City University of Arts Annual Exhibition Reunion Prize. Selected as a scholarship student of the 32nd Holbein Scholarship and the Bank of Kyoto Art Support Program in 2017.
